RETURNS POLICY


1. DOMESTIC RETURNS (AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND)

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • Free returns for Australian customers.

  • New Zealand customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return: Visit the NETRAZ Returns Portal to initiate a return, or contact our support team at support@netraz.com with your order details.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NETRAZ Eyewear allows only one return per customer order cycle. Successive returns on replacement or subsequent orders placed after a return will not be accepted.


2. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
